Now I don't understand a word he's saying, but for you recording buffs, you might enjoy an old acquaintance of mine who lives nearby. He runs the best recording studios in this city.
I know him from way back when he used to run a large Cabinetwork workshop and used to do work on some of my projects. He chucked it all in over 20 years ago and converted the workshop into recording studios. He also runs a mobile studio that he takes to festivals.
One of his special interests is recording some of the old singers around Australia before they die. He's a sort of part-time Australian Alan Lomax. Anyway that's our Mick.

Duck's guts? Is that a good thing? Yep - positive. In England we say, 'The bees knees'. In Australia the equivalent is, 'The duck's guts' or 'The duck's nuts'. Most expressions are fairly pithy downunder. For example : 'As ugly as a hatful of arseholes'...... ;D
